摘要
从黑龙江省甜菜糖业的历史到现实、工业到农业、管理到科研、自然到人文等方面对黑龙江省甜菜糖业的可持续发展潜力和途径进行了分析和探讨。在制糖工业方面,阐释了黑龙江省工业基础深厚,发展经历丰富,供给侧调整后新兴制糖企业标新立异充满活力;在甜菜农业生产要素方面,明晰了黑龙江省土地资源丰富、土质肥沃,光温资源适宜,原料产区培育历史长、种植基础好、机械化水平高、甜菜生产的相关科研基础和技术指导力量雄厚;在市场发展潜力方面,指出国内食糖需求潜力较大,作物间的比较发展空间更具潜力。根据黑龙江省甜菜制糖产业现状,提出了一些黑龙江省甜菜制糖业可持续发展亟待解决的问题和建议。
        From the history to reality, industry to agriculture, management to scientific research, nature conditions to humanity, the sustainable development potential and ways of beet sugar industry in Heilongjiang were analyzed and discussed. Concerning the sugar industry, it was explained that Heilongjiang province had a profound industrial foundation, rich development experience, and new beet sugar enterprises were full of vitality after the national market supply-side adjustment. In aspects of key factors in sugar beet agricultural production, it was clarified that Heilongjiang province was not only rich in arable land resources, higher fertile soil, suitable temperature and light resources, but also had a long history of sugar beet cultivation, a high level of mechanization, a strong scientific research and technical guidance team in sugar beet production. In terms of market development potential, it was pointed out that domestic sugar demand potential was greater and there's more potential for comparative development between crops. According to the present situation of beet sugar industry in Heilongjiang province, some problems demanding prompt solution and suggestions about the sustainable development of beet sugar industry were put forward.
