摘要
海上升压站上部组块拖航分析一般采用保守算法,升沉加速度为固定值0.2 g,但最大摇摆角加速度与最大升沉加速度不同时发生,通过刚体摇摆运动分析,可以计算出与摇摆角加速度相匹配的升沉加速度.利用通用有限元软件SAP2000对某400 MW容量海上升压站上部组块进行分析计算,对比在位工况及拖航工况下采用固定升沉加速度和匹配升沉加速度时主要受力构件的应力比,结果表明对于大部分主要受力构件,拖航工况起控制作用,采用升沉加速度优化算法,可以使主要受力构件得到有效优化.
Conservative method is normally adopted in towing analysis for topside module of offshore substation,in which heaving acceleration is a fixed value of 0.2 g.But the maximum swing angular acceleration is not simultaneous with the maximum heaving acceleration.Based on analysis of rigid body sway motion,heaving acceleration corresponding to swing angular acceleration can be calculated.A topside module of 400 MW offshore substation is analyzed using SAP2000.Comparing stress ratio of main bearing members in operating condition and towing condition using fixed heaving acceleration and corresponding heaving acceleration,the results show that towing condition is critical for most main bearing members,and the corresponding heaving acceleration can effectively optimize the main bearing members.
