摘要
某海外火电厂钢结构碎煤机室中破碎机层楼板在调试时出现异常振动,1号、2号破碎机振幅相差较大.通过对现场实测振幅数据的分析及有限元计算,楼板一阶振型频率与破碎机运行频率接近,存在共振现象,且2号机设备存在质量问题.为保证破碎机安全可靠运行,在无法改善设备质量的前提下,结合现场实际情况提出采用附加质量法及附加支撑法来减小振幅.并对处理方案进行详细的振动分析,结果表明采用增加附加支撑法可有效提高楼板一阶竖向振型频率,进而大幅度降低振动幅值(大约降低54%).分析结论可为类似钢结构组合楼板异常振动的分析及处理提供有益的参考.
        Unusual vibration of crusher floor occurred during the commission in an overseas thermal power plant;the amplitude is different between the crushers 1~# and 2~#.Based on the analyses of measured amplitude data and finite element calculation result,the first mode vibration frequency of crusher floor is close to the operating frequency of the crusher equipment,resonance phenomenon is occurred, and the crusher 2~# is unqualified.On the premising that the quality of equipment cannot be improved,additional mass method and additional support method are proposed to reduce the amplitude in order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the crusher.Based on the vibration response analysis of the treatment methods,additional support method can effectively enlarge the first mode frequency and reduce the vibration amplitude(about 54% reduction).The analytical conclusion can provide useful reference for analyzing and treating abnormal vibration of similar steel structure composite floor.
