糖尿病合并肺心病患者应用临床护理干预的效果研究

摘要
目的探讨糖尿病合并肺心病患者应用临床护理干预的效果。方法研究对象为该院104例糖尿病合并肺心病患者,在2016年8月—2017年8月间入该院并接受治疗,通过电脑随机的方式,平分为两组,即常规组与研究组,两组分别有52例。常规组予以常规护理配合,研究组在进行常规护理的同时予以护理干预配合。结果研究组患者空腹血糖水平均低于7.0 mmol/L,空腹血糖达标率100.00%;常规组中有48例患者的空腹血糖水平低于7.0 mmol/L,空腹血糖达标率92.31%(P<0.05)。比较两组肺心病并发症好转情况,研究组98.08%显著高于常规组86.54%(P<0.05)。结论通过合理有效的护理干预,能够帮助患者改善空腹血糖水平,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床大力推广。
Objective To study the application effect of clinical nursing intervention in patients with diabetes combined with pulmonary heart disease. Methods 104 cases of patients with diabetes combined with pulmonary heart disease admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with52 cases in each, the routine group adopted the routine nursing, while the research group adopted the routine nursing and nursing intervention. Results The fasting blood glucose level in the research group was less than 7.0 mmol/L, and the standard-reaching rate of fasting blood glucose was 100.00%, in the routine group, there were 48 cases of patients whose fasting blood glucose level was less than 7.0 mmol/L, and the standard-reaching rate of fasting blood glucose was 92.31%(P<0.05),and the improvement situation of complications such as pulmonary heart disease in the research group was obviously higher than that in the routine group,(98.08% vs 86.54%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The rational and effective nursing intervention can help patients improve the fasting blood glucose level and improve the nursing satisfactory degree, and it is worth clinical great promotion.
