慢性轻度应激抑郁模型的应用及研究进展

摘要
随着现代社会发展步伐的加快,生活和工作节奏也不断增加,人们长期的心理压力得不到释放,越来越多的人出现各种躯体和精神方面的症状。人在生活中会遇到很多应激事件,而慢性和长期的应激事件会导致长期的心理压力,这是激发抑郁症的重要因素。抑郁症的发病机理研究与抗抑郁药研发是现代社会发展对医学的迫切需要,而研究主要在抑郁症动物模型的建立下进行。慢性轻度抑郁模型的机理与人类抑郁症发病机理更为接近,持久而稳定,是理想可靠地抑郁动物模型,也是抑郁症相关研究中最常用的抑郁动物模型。本文主要综述慢性轻度应激抑郁症动物模型的历史发展、机理研究、评价指标及新型抗抑郁药物研发等方面的研究概况。
