基于中国传统文化思想的非煤矿山安全管理方式探讨

摘要
通过对我国传统文化中影响深远的儒、道、法、兵4家思想的解读分析,归纳出其中所蕴含的安全管理思想主要体现在以人为本的"仁爱"思想、自我管理的"无为"思想、法治管理的"制度"思想和系统安全的"全"理念。针对目前我国非煤矿山安全管理的特点,提出将中国传统文化中的安全管理思想融入到现代非煤矿山安全管理工作中,通过安全生产法律法规及制度的完善与落实、作业人员安全自我管理意识的强化、合适的管理人才的配备、管理者与被管理者之间的和谐相处和适当的激励,形成基于中国传统文化思想的非煤矿山安全管理方式。运用基于我国传统文化的非煤矿山安全管理方式,能有效提高我国非煤矿山安全管理效率,实现安全管理水平与国际接轨。
After analyzing Confucian,Taoism,Legalists and Military theory,the paper concluded their safety management thoughts which embodied at four aspects: people-oriented thoughts of benevolence,self management of inaction,the rule of law system and the idea of system security. According to features of safety management of non-coal mines in China,the paper proposed to integrate the safety management thoughts in Chinese traditional culture into the safety management of modern non-coal mines,and by means of perfect and implementation of safety production laws,regulations and system,reinforcement of self-management consciousness of workers,suitable configuration of management talents,harmonic relationship between managers and employees,as well as suitable encourage,the safety management mode of non-coal mines based on Chinese traditional culture formed. The application of the safety management mode could effectively enhance the safety management effi ciency of Chinese non-coal mines and induce the safety management level to reach to international level.
