面向老年卧床病人的居家护理服务设计研究

摘要
研究老年卧床病人的服务和产品体系。方法通过分析卧床病人护理模式框架、卧床病人特征和需求,对现有服务模式和产品功能调研分析,结合服务设计方法,构建老年卧床病人的居家护理系统。分析居家护理服务系统的构成要素及技术要点,构建老年卧床病人的居家护理服务框架。现阶段家庭仍然是卧床病人长期护理服务的主要提供者,老年卧床病人面临的主要问题是长期卧床导致的并发症,探索设计以居家护理为核心的服务系统。
Study on the service and product system of elderly bedridden patients. Method:First,analyzing the framework of nursing mode of bedridden patients,the characteristics and needs of bedridden patients; then,analyzing the existing service mode and investigating product function; last,building a home-based nursing service system for elderly bedridden patients. Analyzing the constitutive elements and technical points of home-based nursing service system,and constructing the framework of home-based nursing service for elderly bedridden patients.At present,the family is still the main provider of long-term care for bedridden patients. The main problem faced by elderly bedridden patients is the complications caused by longterm bedridden. And explore the design of home-based nursing as the core of the service system.
