摘要
传统变电站电气量采用直采方式,即电缆直接连接,差动类保护装置不受时钟影响,而"三网合一"模式下的智能变电站,时钟异常或延时可能导致差动类保护装置误动作。时钟系统不再是简单对站内设备授时,它已成为继电保护系统的一部分,是关系二次系统安全稳定运行的核心设备。如何使IEC61588时钟同步报文满足"三网合一"要求,消除差动类保护装置误动作的安全隐患,保证时钟系统正常运维是讨论和研究的重点。
In the traditional substation,electrical quantities use direct mining methods( direct cable connection). The differential protection device is without influence of the clock,the abnormal or delayed clock may cause differential protection device malfunction in the integration of three networks. At this time clock system is no longer a simple device for timing the station,it has become part of protection system. The clock system is vital core equipment. IEC61588 clock synchronization message how to meet the integration of three networks eliminates security risks of the differential protection device malfunction. Ensuring the normal operation and maintenance of the clock system is discussed and researched.
