摘要
目的分析乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员的基本情况、工作负担、收入水平、满意度以及离职意愿等。方法通过自制调查表对五个区县1 112个卫生技术人员进行调查。使用SPSS 20.0软件对定量数据进行描述性统计分析。结果约1/3的乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员每周加班2次以上;近一半卫生技术人员每周工作41~50小时;调查卫生技术人员年收入均值为4.7万元,满意度均值为7.3分;卫生技术人员认为目前工作三大劣势是收入低、职称晋升困难和工作负担重;超过一半的卫生技术人员认为职称晋升困难,收入和职业发展空间有限;22.8%的卫生技术人员有离职意愿,其中有一半想进入县级公立医疗机构。结论乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员工作负担较重;收入和满意度不高,对职业发展的前景持消极态度;人才有向县级公立医疗机构流动的趋势。
        OBJECTIVE To analyze the basic situation, work load, income, satisfaction and willingness to resign of health professionalsin township health centers. METHODS 1 112 health professionals in 5 counties were surveyed by the questionnaire. SPSS 20.0 wasused to analyze the quantitative data. RESULTS About one third health professionals work overtime two times per week. About halfhealth professionals work 41-50 hours per week. The average income of health professionals is 47 000 yuan. The surveyed health pro-fessionals consider low income, difficulty in promoting in technical titles and heavy work load as 3 disadvantages of their jobs. Overone half surveyed health professionals consider that it was difficult to promote their technical titles and their income and career donot have a promising future. 22.8% surveyed health professionals have the willingness to resign and about half of them tried to find anew job at the county level public hospitals. CONCLUSION The work load of health workers in township health center was heavy.The health workers in township health center were not very satisfied with income and the whole situation and they were negative withtheir career development. There was a trend that wonderful workers in township health center are moving to the public hospitals ofcounty level.
