摘要
通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究了玉米秸秆在酸性条件下的水解及还原浸出软锰矿,考察了硫酸用量、水解时间、水解温度、还原剂用量对锰浸出率的影响。结果表明:对50g软锰矿,在硫酸用量40mL、水解时间2h、水解温度90℃、还原剂用量30g条件下进行浸出,锰浸出率可达96%以上,浸出效果较好。
        The hydrolysis of corn stalk under acidic conditions by orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments were studied.The influence of the amount of sulfuric acid,hydrolysis time,hydrolysis temperature and the reductant usage on leaching rate of manganese were investigated.The results show that the leaching rate of manganese can reach more than 96% when pyrolusite mass is 50 g,sulfuric acid usage is 40 mL,hydrolysis time is 2h,temperature is 90℃and reductant usage is 30 g.The leaching effect is good.
