激光处理锦纶针织物对酸性荧光染料染色的影响

摘要
对锦纶针织物进行激光预处理,使锦纶纤维表面粗糙,考察激光处理前后酸性荧光黄和荧光红染料用量对锦纶针织物表观色深K/S值、色牢度及亮度的影响。结果表明:激光处理后的锦纶针织物K/S值最多提高19%,色牢度提高0.5~1级,荧光黄和荧光红上染达到饱和的用量分别为6%和5%,染料用量为2%~5%时K/S值变化不大,亮度略下降。
        Laser pretreatment of nylon knitted fabric was carried out to make the surface of nylon fiber rough. The effects of fluorescence yellow and fluorescence red acid dye dosage on apparent color depth K/S value, color fastness and brightness of nylon knitted fabric before and after laser treatment were analyzed.The results showed that the K/S value of nylon knitted fabric was increased by 19% after laser treatment and the color fastness improved 0.5~1 grade. The saturation dosage of fluorescence yellow and fluorescence red acid dyes was 6% and 5%, respectively. When the dye dosage was 2%~5%, the K/S value did not change much and the brightness decreased slightly.
