数字化印模与传统印模在种植单冠上的时效性分析

摘要
目的评价数字化及传统印模在种植单冠取模应用中的时效性分析及患者的接受程度。方法选择2017年3月至2017年12月在佛山市中医院口腔医疗中心需进行种植取模的单冠病例86例,分别进行口内常规种植印模及3 Shape Trios口内扫描仪的数字化印模,并分别记录评估时效性的总时间,包括印模准备时间、工作时间、重新制取时间以及重新制取率。同时患者需填写视觉模拟量表(VAS)来评估其对口内扫描的接受程度。结果平均的总工作时间传统印模为223 s,而数字化印模为185 s(p<0.05),在0~100的VAS评分量表中,患者对传统印模的舒适评分为43.12分,而数字化口内印模为30.63分。结论数字化印模相对于传统印模具有快捷、准确等多方面优势,而且随着患者的接受程度越来越高,它将进一步促进椅旁CAD/CAM修复技术的临床应用。
        Purpose To evaluate the aging and patient acceptance of digital and traditional models in the application of single crowns. Methods A total of 86 cases of single crowns with dental implants in Foshan Stomatological Center of Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2017 to December 2017 were selected. The digital impressions of intraoral routine impression and 3 Shape Trios intraoral scanner were performed respectively, and the total time to evaluate the timeliness was recorded, including impression preparation time,working time, reproducing time and reproduction rate. At the same time, patients need to fill in the visual analog scale(VAS) to assess the degree of acceptance of their intra oral scan. Results The average working time was 223 for the traditional impression, and the digital impression was 185(p<0.05). In the 0-100 VAS scale, the patient's comfort score for the traditional impression was 43.12, while the digitized intraoral impression was 30.63.Conclusion The digital impression is faster and more accurate than the traditional impression. With the increasing acceptance of the patient, it will further promote the clinical application of the chair side CAD/CAM repair technology.
