摘要
目的:评价3Shape Trios口内扫描仪在E.max铸瓷高嵌体临床应用中的早期临床效果。方法:选择2016年10月-2017年10月在西安交通大学口腔医院综合科行E.max铸瓷高嵌体修复的37例患者为研究对象,参照标准程序制作全瓷高嵌体,并采用3Shape Trios口内扫描仪采集数字化模型。修复完成后1周患者复诊并填写修复体满意度调查表,修复完成后2个月采用改良的美国公共卫生署(USPHS)标准对修复体进行评价。结果:共制作E.max铸瓷高嵌体40个,患者总体满意度为94.6%,根据改良的USPHS标准,各检查项目均达到B类以上标准,其中87.5%的修复体所有检查结果均符合A类标准。结论:3Shape Trios口内扫描仪在E.max铸瓷高嵌体临床应用中可获得较好的早期临床效果,患者满意度高,值得临床推广。
        Objective To evaluate the early clinical effect of E.max cast porcelain onlays whose digital impressions were scanned by 3 shape Trios system. Methods All the restorations were fabricated according to the standard procedure and all the impressions were scanned by 3 Shape Trios. The satisfaction form was filled by patients one week later. The restoration quality was evaluated using modified USPHS standard two months after treatment. Results Totally 40 E-max cast porcelain onlays were fabricated. According to the improved USPHS standard, all the examination items reached the standard of class B or above, of which 87.5% of the medical examination standards were in line with class A standard.The total satisfaction of patients was 94.6%. Conclusion E.max cast porcelain onlays fabricated by 3 shape Trioshave good early results and high patient satisfaction. The treatment method should be promoted.
