摘要
葡萄膜炎是一种种类繁多、病因复杂的疾病,可由感染、外伤、遗传、自身免疫反应等因素引发。其中,以自身免疫反应最为常见。对免疫学发展机制的深入研究是目前葡萄膜炎的主要研究方向。其中,细胞因子在葡萄膜炎发病过程中的作用及其与疾病活动之间的关系正受到越来越多的关注,并逐渐形成了一个免疫应答体系。而近期的研究发现,Fas及其配体Fas L等相关基因在葡萄膜炎的发生发展中起到了一定的作用,这可能是葡萄膜炎反复发作的原因。
        Uveitis is a disease with wide variety and complex etiology,caused by infection,trauma,genetic,autoimmune reaction and other factors. Among them,autoimmune reaction is the most common factor. A deep study on the development of immunology mechanism is the main research direction of uveitis.The role of cytokines in the pathogenesis of uveitis and the relationship between the activity of disease and cytokines receive more and more attention and gradually form a system of immune response. Recent studies have found that relevant genes of Fas and Fas L have played a certain role in the pathogenesis of uveitis,which may be the cause of recurrent uveitis.
