摘要
对广州小虎港区5个码头分别建立改进的溢油风险指数模型,对比改进模型的计算结果对比风险矩阵法评估结果,5个码头风险评估结果在风险矩阵中无明显差别,而使用改进的方法计算结果差别较为明显,认为以码头溢油风险指数作为指标的评估模型更适合港区的溢油污染风险评估。
        An improved oil spill risk index method was proposed based on oil spill risk assessment for 5 wharfs in Xiaohu port of Guangzhou, to solve the problems that risk levels are not included and oil spill volume cannot represent the most probably oil spill consequence in the current ship oil spill pollution risk assessment. The comparison between the results of the proposed model and risk matrix indicated that the oil spill risks for the 5 wharfs have no obvious difference in risk matrix, while the risks for the 5 wharfs were greatly different using the proposed model. So the proposed risk assessment model using oil spill risk index as indicators is more suitable for oil spill risk assessment in ports.
