PDCA循环法对呼吸科危重症患者的影响

摘要
目的探讨和分析在呼吸科的危重症患者中PDCA循环法的效果。方法此次抽取2013年3月-2018年6月在我院医治的62例患者当分析的对象,以入院顺序分乙组、甲组,每组31例。此次研究乙组患者行常规管理,研究甲组患者行PDCA循环法管理,总结抢救成功情况、院内感染情况、护理人员急救知识的掌握情况、满意度。结果甲组抢救的成功率大于乙组,差异显著,P<0.05。甲组院内感染的总发生率小于乙组,差异显著,P<0.05。甲组护理人员的抢救要点评分、病情观察评分、急救技能评分、急救知识评分都大于乙组护理人员,差异显著,P<0.05。甲组的总满意度大于乙组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论在呼吸科的危重症患者中,PDCA循环法可提高抢救成功率、患者满意度、护理人员急救知识的掌握程度,并降低院内感染发生的概率。
Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of PDCA circulation in criticalpatients in the respiratory department. Methods 62 cases patients treated in our hospital from March 2013 to June 2018 were selected as the objects of analysis,and were divided into group b and group a in the order of admission,with 31 cases in each group. Routine management study was conducted on patients in group b,PDCA cycle management was conducted on patients in group a,,and the success of rescue,nosocomial infection,knowledge of first aid of nursing staff and satisfaction were summarized. Results The success rate of group a was higher than that of group b,and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of nosocomial infection in group a was lower than that in group b,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of rescue points,disease observation,first aid skills and first aid knowledge of group a were all higher than those of group b,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of group a was greater than that of group b,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Among critically ill patients in respiratory department,PDCA circulation method can improve the success rate of rescue,patient satisfaction,knowledge of first aid of nursing staff,and reduce the probability of nosocomial infection.
