摘要
为了有效防治综放开采出水压架事故,以崔木煤矿综放工作面的矿压、水文、支架等为研究对象,得到了包括工作面压力上限、长观孔水位降速、支架异常状态、煤壁片帮和煤炮宏观表现、瓦斯释放速率突增等出水压架前兆信息,提出了以4个主要指标、2个辅助指标为核心的出水压架联合预警机制,并构建了基于危险区域划分、出水压架预警机制和具体防治措施的压架综合防治技术体系。实践结果表明,工作面不再发生压架,实现了矿井的安全高效回采。
        In order to control water bursting and supports crushing accident effectively in fully mechanized caving face,taking the rock pressures,hydrology conditions,hydraulic supports and so on in fully mechanized caving face of Cuimu Coal Mine as the study objects,some precursor information of water bursting and supports crushing were researched,including upper mining pressure limit,the descent speed of water level in long-time observation hole,abnormal conditions of supports,coal wall caving,macroscopic behavior of rock burst and a burst of gas release rate.Joint early warning mechanism of water bursting and supports crushing was put forward which took four main indicators and two auxiliary indicators as the core,and integrated control technique system with control measures was built based on classification of hazardous areas,early warning mechanism of water bursting and supports crushing.The practice results showed that supports crushing did not happen again in the mining face,and safe and high-efficiency mining was achieved finally.
