摘要
潞安集团黑龙煤业综放工作面区段保护煤柱宽度为30.0 m,为减小护巷煤柱宽度,通过理论分析和数值模拟得出煤柱宽度可缩小至15~17 m.后续生产实践中,2103与2105工作面间区段煤柱调整为17.0 m,现场矿压观测结果表明,该煤柱尺寸在维护巷道围岩稳定的同时,提高了工作面采出率,现场应用效果良好。
In order to reduce the width of coal pillar in the section of the fully mechanized caving face of HeiLong mine,Lu'An group,it is concluded that the width of coal pillar can be shortened from original 30 m to 15 ~ 17 m by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The practice is conducted in the middle section of 2103 and 2105 working face,where the coal pillar is adjusted to 17.0 m. Field pressure Observation shows that the surrounding rock of the roadway keeps stable with the 17 m coal pillar,and the coal recovery rate improved,total effect is better than expectation.
