摘要
即时物流是随着移动互联网和O2O本地生活的发展而衍生的新的物流模式,满足用户提出的快速、及时、准时的配送要求,引发了末端配送方式的变革。文章介绍了"新零售"环境下线上线下融合的必要性,阐述了即时物流行业的发展现状和发展趋势,对比分析了该领域典型企业的运作模式和核心竞争力。未来"互联网+"和"新零售"背景下,即时物流将有利于改善末端配送,提升物流效率和消费者满意度,对于促进物流行业的发展具有重要意义。
Real-time logistics is a new logistics model derived from the development of mobile internet and online-to-offline local life. This model can meet the requirements of fast, timely and on-time delivery, and also leads to the change of endpoint distribution. This paper introduces the necessity of connection between online and offline under the"new retail", analyzes present situation and development trend of real-time logistics industry, and discusses operation pattern and core competence of typical enterprises in this field. Throughout the paper real-time logistics has important significance for promoting development of logistics industry under the background of future"internet+"and the"new retail", it should serve to improve endpoint distribution and consumer satisfaction.
