经阴道超声监测卵泡发育在不孕患者中应用的价值研究

摘要
目的:借助阴道超声设备监测不孕症患者的卵泡发育情况,并实时提供指导,探究监测的临床价值。方法:研究对象选自2017年4月—2018年7月间来我院接受阴道超声检查的94例不孕症患者,超声监测时间持续2～3个排卵周期,提供受孕指导,记录患者受孕情况评价监测的应用价值。结果:通过监测,卵泡正常发育并成功受孕者18例,占比19.15%,药物干预排卵受孕者22例,占比23.40%,无优势卵泡或卵泡囊肿等卵泡异常发育的有54例,占比57.45%。结论:阴道超声监测不孕症患者的卵泡发育情况,并提供相应的临床指导可以掌握最佳的受孕时间,明显提高受孕率。阴道超声监测分辨率高,效果稳定,可以清晰显示体内卵泡发育的情况。是临床指导受孕的重要依据,推荐临床广泛使用。
Objective To monitor the follicular development of infertility patients with vaginal ultrasound equipment, and provide guidance in real time to explore the clinical value of monitoring. Methods The study subjects were selected from 94 infertility patients who underwent vaginal ultrasonography from April 2017 to July 2018. The ultrasound monitoring time lasted for 2-3 ovulation cycles, providing guidance for pregnancy and recording the pregnancy status of the patients. Evaluation of the application value of monitoring. Results Through monitoring, 18 cases of normal follicle development and successful conception, accounting for 19.15%, 22 cases of drug intervention ovulation, accounting for 23.40%, 54 cases of abnormal follicles such as dominant follicles or follicular cysts, accounting for 57.45%. Conclusion Vaginal ultrasound monitoring the follicular development of infertility patients, and providing the corresponding clinical guidance can grasp the optimal conception time and significantly improve the conception rate. The vaginal ultrasound monitoring has high resolution and stable effect, which can clearly show the development of follicles in the body. It is an important basis for clinical guidance and pregnancy, and it is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
