基于形态优化的历史城区更新探索——以佛山为例

采用城镇平面分析法基于平面单元、建筑类型、土地利用三形态要素梳理了佛山历史城区形态由小尺度自由式向现代与传统拼贴式转变的演变过程,总结了历史城区形态特色,明确以水围城和有机生长的形态修复重点,而后承接如上两方面结论,总结了历史城区形态现状和保护瓶颈并找寻原因,分析结果指向政府形态保护上管治体系的薄弱性。最终从技术上的形态特色重塑与形态要素管控、管治体系上的提升与强化两方面提出形态优化的策略与建议。
By using the town-plan analysis method and based on the three morphological elements of plan unit, building fabric and land utilization, we comb the historic urban area's morphology evolution process, which is the process from small scale and free distribution style to mixture style of traditional and modern. Then we summarize historic urban area's morphological characteristics and clear out the repair focuses of morphology in future, which are the focuses of the water ring surrounding the previous historic urban area and organic growth texture. Then by combining the above two conclusions, we summarize the historic urban area's present situation of morphology and the difficulties on protection, aiming to find out the causes, and we draw the conclusion that the government's management framework of morphological protection is weak. At last, we offer strategies and suggestions for morphological optimization from two aspects: technical morphological remodeling and morphological element control, improvement and strengthening of government system management.
