KDX-C-02型医用冲洗器联合银离子敷料在肛瘘术后患者中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨肛瘘术后患者应用KDX-C-02型医用冲洗器联合银离子敷料治疗的效果。方法 将2016年10月至2017年3月未使用KDX-C-02型医用冲洗器的患者42例作为对照组,将2017年4—9月使用KDX-C-02型医用冲洗器联合银离子敷料的患者42例作为研究组。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及患者满意度。结果 研究组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组术后不良反应发生情况低于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组满意度明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 肛瘘术后患者采用KDX-C-02型医用冲洗器联合银离子敷料治疗,创面愈合效果较为显著,降低了患者术后不良反应,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of KDX-C-02 medical irrigator combined with silver ion dressing in patients after anal fistula operation.Methods To select 42 cases of patients who did not use the KDX-C-02 medical irrigator from October 2016 to March 2017 as the control group. A total of 42 patients who used the KDX-C-02 medical irrigator combined with silver ion dressing from April 2017 to September 2017 were selected as the study group. The treatment effects,adverse reactions and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the control group after operation( P < 0. 05). And the satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Treating patients with postoperative anal fistula by KDX-C-02 medical irrigator combined with silver ion dressing has obvious wound healing effect. Such kind of treatment can reduce postoperative adverse reactions and improve patient satisfaction,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
