摘要
针对煤矿用MB670型掘锚机液压系统出现的行走压力剧烈振荡,系统压力不能正常建立,电磁阀阀芯卡滞,两侧行走或临时支护不同步等典型故障,从元件的结构、工作原理、技术工艺参数等角度出发,对诱发故障的机理进行分析,提出了故障排除或预防措施。通过现场试验,验证了措施的有效性,可为掘锚机使用和维护者或液压系统的设计者提供参考。
To some typical faults of mine MB670 bolterminer hydraulic system,which were about walking pressure variation intensely,system pressure could not be built normally,electromagnetic valve clamping stagnation,out of synchronicity between two lateral side walking or temporary support and so on,from the following angle that element structure,working principle,and technological parameters and so on,the principle that induced faults was analyzed also,and then some trouble removal and prevention measurements were put forward,the measurements were verified after field testing,and it could referenced for bolterminer using and maintaining or hydraulic system deigning.
