摘要
深海钻机冲洗钻杆的柱塞泵外部被一定压力的海水包裹,泵承受着里外双向的压力作用,而泵缸体内部的液压油压力低于外部海水的压力,海水就很易侵入到缸体内,影响泵使用寿命。针对这一问题,开展深海柱塞泵压力补偿器的设计研究。试验表明:减振效果随着弹簧的压缩量增加而变好,但是到达一个临界值(即弹簧压缩2 cm)后,随着压缩量的增加,减振效果不仅不会变好,反而慢慢变弱。
The external piston pump of the deep sea drilling rig which is used to flush the drill pipe is covered by a certain pressure of seawater. The pump is subjected to the internal and external two-way pressure, and the hydraulic oil pressure inside the pump cylinder is lower than the pressure of the external seawater. The seawater is easy to invade into the cylinder, which affects the service life of the pump. In order to solve this problem, the design research of the deep sea piston pump pressure compensator is carried out. Tests have shown that the damping effect is better as the compression of the spring increases. However, after reaching a critical value(the spring is compressed by 2 cm), as the amount of compression increases, the damping effect will not only become better, but will gradually become weaker.
