摘要
压力试验是新建管道工程重要环节,对于确定管道强度和完整性,以及保证管道安全运行具有重要意义。国内已开展ISO、美国、俄罗斯、加拿大和英国等管道压力试验标准先进性研究,针对澳大利亚管道压力标准研究较少。以澳大利亚管道压力试验标准AS 2885.5-2012为例,结合国内管道压力试验工程实践,研究了该标准与国内标准的重要技术性差异,该标准先进性表现在:应用液态石油作为在役管道压力试验介质、气体压力试验进行安全管理研究SMS、基于管段类型确定相应的强度试验等级、强度试验合格评定准则严格细致、压力试验用压力表量程精度和温度计检定周期,以及基于风险评估和降低试压强度的隔离区准入条件。通过借鉴澳大利亚管道压力试验标准的先进经验和推荐做法,可以提高我国管道压力试验标准的技术水平。
        Pressure testing was the key process of new pipeline engineering construction, with the importance for determination of pipeline strength and integrity, and guarantee pipeline safe operation. Domestic scholar already carried out advancement research on ISO and American and Russia and Canada and British pipeline pressure testing standards, but less research on Australia pipeline pressure testing standard. The paper introduced Australia pipeline pressure testing standard AS 2885.5-2012, and studied the important technology difference between Australia and China standard based on China pipeline pressure testing engineering practice. The advancement of AS 2885.5-2012 were expounded, including application liquid petroleum for in-service pipeling pressure testing media, and SMS for gas testing, and strength testing level based on pipeline type, and strict qualified evaluation criteria for strength testing, and pressure gauge scale precision and temperature gauge verification period for pressure testing specified devic, and isolation entry permit based on risk assess and testing strength reduction. By referring the advanced experience and recommended practice of Australia pipeline pressure testing standard, we can improve the technical level of the pipeline pressure testing standard in our country.
