摘要

目的观察吲达帕胺辅助治疗高血压合并心力衰竭的效果及对患者心脏功能影响。方法选取2017年1月～2018年1月在我院治疗的高血压合并心力衰竭患者64例作为研究对象,依据抽签法将其分为两组,各32例。参照组实施单纯贝那普利治疗,研究组实施吲达帕胺辅助贝那普利治疗,比较两组各项指标。结果研究组各项结果均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用吲达帕胺辅助治疗高血压合并心力衰竭效果显著。
        Objective To observe the effect of indapamide in the treatment of hypertension complicated with heAnd its effect on cardiac function of patients.Methods 64 cases of hypertension treated inourhospitalinJanuary 2017～2018 January Patients with heart failure were the subjects of this study.
