氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片对高血压合并冠心病的治疗效果

摘要
目的探究氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片对高血压合并冠心病的治疗效果。方法选取2017年4月至2018年7月在本院进行治疗的高血压合并冠心病患者93例,根据不同的治疗药物,将患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组有46例患者,观察组有47例患者。对照组患者使用氨氯地平片开展治疗,观察组患者应用氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片展开治疗,在比较结束后,比较观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率和心肌梗死的发作次数的变化情况。结果观察组患者的不良反应发生率为2.1%,对照组为5.3%,观察组与对照组展开比较,观察组的不良反应发生率较高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的心肌梗死发生次数为(4.1±0.3)次,对照组为(7.1±1.3)次,观察组的心肌梗死发生率明显比对照组少(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片对高血压合并冠心病的治疗效果明显,能偶稳定患者的病情,降低不良反应发生的机率,减少心肌梗死发生的次数,促进患者的疾病恢复,建议临床上进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calciumtablets on hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods Ninety-three patients with hypertension and coronaryheart disease who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled. According to differenttreatments, patients were divided into observation group and control group, and 46 patients in the control group. Therewere 47 patients in the group. Patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine tablets, and patients in theobservation group were treated with amlodipine in combination with atorvastatin calcium tablets. At the end of thecomparison, the incidence of adverse reactions and the number of episodes of myocardial infarction were comparedbetween the observation group and the control group. Results The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.1% in theobservation group and 5.3% in the control group. The observation group was compared with the control group. Theincidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P< 0.05). The numberof infarctions was(4.1±0.3) times and the control group was(7.1±1.3) times. The incidence of myocardial infarction in theobservation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion Amlodipine combinedwith atorvastatin calcium tablets have obvious therapeutic effects on hypertension and coronary heart disease. It canstabilize the patient's condition, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, reduce the number of myocardial infarctions,and promote the recovery of patients' diseases. It is recommended to further promote it clinically.
