摘要
为了更精确研究斜切进刀工况下刨煤机系统动态特性,考虑刨头与滑架体之间的间隙,推导了斜切工况下刨头与滑架体的碰撞接触条件,建立了刨头接触碰撞动力学模型,推导了间隙条件下的刨刀截割阻力,以此为外激励模型,构建了刨煤机系统纵向振动与刨头碰撞振动耦合模型,采用数值分析方法对耦合模型进行求解。分析了不同刨速下刨煤机系统的动力学特性,并与改进前动力学模型的计算结果及试验测试结果进行了对比分析,结果表明,文中方法提高了动力学模型的计算准确度。
In this article,in order to get more accurate dynamic characteristics of the oblique-cutting coal plough,the clearance between the plow head and the sliding framework is taken into account. Thus,the contact-collision conditions of the plow head and the sliding framework under the oblique-cutting condition are derived,the dynamic model of the plow head's contact-collision is set up,and the planer's clearance-based cutting resistance is derived. All these are taken as the model of external excitation; the coupling model of a coal plough's longitudinal vibration and a plow head's oblique-cutting collision vibration is set up and solved by means of the numerical method. The coal plough's dynamic characteristics under different plow speeds are analyzed,and the obtained results are compared with both the calculation results of the dynamic model prior to improvement and the experimental results. The results show that thanks to the proposed method,the dynamic model is more accurate in computation.
