摘要
针对大药量TATB合成生产线尾气排放超标问题,经过工艺计算,设计并采用了降低冷媒温度、增加换热面积的冷凝器等改进措施,从源头上控制了生产线尾气的排放量,通过增加循环水箱节约成本并减少了污水排放量。同时采用二级喷淋洗涤吸收和二级吸附处理的工艺改进方法,确保尾气中甲苯和氨气得到有效处理。改进完成后,有害气体的排出量得到显著降低,尾气排放经检验符合国家标准要求,提高了生产线运行环保安全性。
        For the problem of excessive exhaust emission in the synthesis production line of high-dosage TATB,improvement measures were designed and adopted such as reducing the temperature of refrigerant,increasing the heat exchange area,and controlling the exhaust emissions from the production line from the source. By increasing the recycling water tank,the cost was saved and the sewage discharge was reduced. At the same time,two stage spray washing absorption and two stage adsorption process improvement methods were adopted to ensure the effective treatment of toluene and ammonia in the tail gas. After the improvement,the emission of harmful gas was significantly reduced,and the exhaust emission was tested to meet the requirements of the national standards,thus improving the safety of the production line operation.
