摘要
为克服单臂螺旋线形阀压电泵单臂阀运行时侧向力造成的阀体在开启与关闭中倾斜而产生的负面影响,有效地发挥螺旋线形阀压电泵阀体"慢开启、快关闭"的优势,首先,构造了悬臂固支旋转对称双臂阀体结构,并针对该阀体设计了对称螺旋线形阀压电泵;然后,进行了悬臂固支旋转对称双臂阀体的力学分析,并据此进行了泵流量关系式的解析;最后,利用实际样机进行了单臂阀与旋转对称双臂阀的阀参数对泵参数影响的试验研究。试验结果表明:在输入电压为220 V、频率为10 Hz时,旋转对称双臂阀的臂宽为0.3 mm时的泵流量最高,达到124.2ml/min;旋转对称双臂阀泵比单臂阀泵流量提高1.25~2.84倍;对称阀的进出口阀臂宽不同时的泵流量大于阀臂宽相同时的泵流量,且进口阀臂宽大出口阀臂宽小时的泵流量大于进口阀臂宽小出口阀臂宽大时的泵流量。
The piezoelectric pump with valve has attracted broad attention and been widely utilized becauseof the flexibility in design and the blocking of the valve body.In order to overcome negative effect on the opening and closing of the tilt of the valve body caused by lateral force arising from the operation of the singlearm valve of the piezoelectric pump with singlearm spiral shaped valve and effectively take full advantage of"slow opening and fast closing"of the valve body of the piezoelectric pump with spiral shaped valve,the two-arm valve body structure with clamped support cantilever and rotational symmetry is constructed firstly and the piezoelectric pump with symmetrical and spiral shaped valve is designed in view of the valve body.And then,the mechanical analysis of the twoarm valve body with clamped support cantilever and rotational symmetry is carried out and the relation of the pump flow is analyzed.Finally,the experimental study on the effect of valve parameters between singlearm valve and two-arm valve with rotational symmetry on the pump parameter is carried out using the actual prototype.The experimental results show that:when the input voltage is 220 V,the frequency is 10 Hz and the arm width of the twoarm valve with rotational symmetry is 0.3 mm,the highest pump flow reached 124.2 ml/min.The flow of the two-arm valvepu mp with rotational symmetry is 1.25~2.84 times higher than the flow of the singlearm valve-pu mp.When the arm width of the inlet and outlet of the symmetric valve is different,the pump flow is higher than that of the same arm width.In addition,the pump flow of the valve with bigger arm width of the inlet and smaller arm width of the outlet is greater than that with smaller arm width of the inlet and bigger arm width of the outlet.
