摘要
目的探讨基于案例(CBL)教学法在提升规范化培训护士压疮评估准确性中的效果。方法通过选取临床典型病例给出关键信息,将78名规范化培训护士分组并在培训前使用Braden评估量表进行评估,主讲教师结合病例对压疮评估要点进行详细解析后再次评估,运用Med Calc 15.2软件分析培训实施前后Braden评估量表各条目评分及准确率的变化情况。结果通过采用CBL教学法,培训护士对病例的Braden评分由培训前的(8.9±1.0)分增加为(9.6±0.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);培训后对各条目的评估准确率明显高于培训前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CBL教学法是提升规范化培训护士压疮评估准确性的有效途径。
        Objective To evaluate the effects of CBL teaching approach on improving assessment accuracy for pressure sores in standardized training nurses. Methods By selecting typical clinical case and giving the key information,seventy-eight standardized training nurses were grouped and assessed using the Braden Assessment Scale before the training; standardized training nurses assessed again after the teacher conducted a detailed analysis combined with the case for evaluation points of the pressure sores. Med Calc version 15.2 software was used to analysis the changes in the score and accuracy rate of Braden assessment scale before and after training. Results After using CBL teaching approach,the Braden scores have increased from 8.9 ± 1.0 before training to 9.6 ± 0.6,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.001).The accuracy rate of each item was also higher than that before training( P < 0.05). Conclusion CBL teaching approach is an effective way to improve assessment accuracy of pressure sores for standardized training nurses.
