护理干预对糖尿病足溃疡合并抑郁患者心境障碍及溃疡愈合的影响

摘要
目的评价并分析护理干预对糖尿病足溃疡合并抑郁患者的疗效,并分析其对患者溃疡愈合和心境障碍的影响。方法选择该院在2016年8月—2018年10月之间收治的122例糖尿病足溃疡合并抑郁患者,随机分为两组。对比组患者予以一般护理方法,观察组患者予以综合护理干预措施,比较两组患者护理效果。结果对比组患者溃疡愈合时间显著长于观察组;对比组生存质量评分显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后两组患者评分均有所降低,且观察组患者负面情绪评分显著比对比组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足溃疡合并抑郁患者护理中应用综合护理干预措施,可以有效改善患者心境障碍,加快溃疡愈合时间,值得在临床中应用。
Objective Nursing intervention was carried out in diabetic foot ulcer patients with depression.Methods 122 diabetic foot ulcer patients with depression admitted to our hospital between August 2016 and October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. General nursing methods were given to patients in the control group, comprehensive nursing intervention measures were given to patients in the observation group, and nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The ulcer healing time in the control group was significantly longer than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The quality of life score of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05). After the nursing, the scores of patients in both groups were reduced, and the negative emotion scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing of patients with diabetic foot ulcer complicated with depression can effectively improve the mood disorder of patient.
