透镜组注射压缩成型工艺优化与光学性能分析

摘要
采用稳健设计方法,以LED透镜组折射率变化为实验目标,应用L18(37)正交试验矩阵及模拟优化获得最优工艺参数组合,并对透镜组进行了光色和配光曲线测试。结果表明:压缩距离对透镜组折射率变化的影响最大,优化后透镜组的成型质量和光学性能明显提升,其翘曲变形量和折射率变化分别减小了5.6%、和25%;与冷流道注射压缩成型透镜组相比,热流道成型透镜组的翘曲变形量减小了5.3%,折射率变化减小了33.3%,透光率和光强则分别提高了5.6%和186.2 cd,其成型质量和光学性能相对更加优越。
        Using steady experimental design method, and refractive index variation of LED lens group as experiment objective, the optimal process parameter for LED lens group was obtained through orthogonal experiment matrix of L18(37) and simulating optimization. Light color and light distribution curves were measured. The results show that compression distance is the main factor influencing the refractive index of lens group. The processing quality and optical properties of LED lens group are improved after optimization, the warpage deformation and refractive index variation reduce 5.6% and 25%, respectively. Compared with the lens group prepared by cold runner mold, the warpage deformation and refractive index variation of the part prepared by hot runner mold reduce by 5.3% and 33.3%, the light transmittance and light intensity increase by 5.6% and 186.2 cd, respectively. Hot runner is superior to cold runner in the aspect of processing quality and optical properties.
