摘要
文章采用传递路径的方法分析了乘用车空调系统噪声,确定了主要的噪声抱怨频率和噪声传递的关键路径。通过在空调管路中设计单向阀、滤网和内置消声器的组合消音方案降低了噪声水平。实车验证的结果表明,主要的抱怨频率可降低5 dB(A)以上,显著改善了开启空调后的车内声品质。
In this paper,the passenger car air conditioner system noise is analyzed by using transfer path method,and key paths for main complaint noise frequency and noise transfer is conformed. Noise reduction scheme of one-way valve,filter and interior muffler combination is designed in air conditioner pipe system. Result of vehicle verification indicates that noise reduction is up to 5 dB( A) in main frequency,which improves in-car sound quality when turning on air conditioner.
