正交试验法研究EPDM的常温和高温压缩永久变形

摘要
采用正交试验法研究过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)/N,N'-间亚苯基双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)用量比、炭黑N550用量和石蜡油用量对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)常温和高温压缩永久变形的影响。结果表明:对于常温压缩永久变形,石蜡油用量对其影响高度显著;对于高温压缩永久变形,DCP/HVA-2用量比对其影响显著;炭黑N550用量对常温和高温压缩永久变形的影响都不显著。
        The effects of dicumyl peroxide(DCP)/N,N'-m-phenylene bismaleimide(HVA-2)blending ratio,and the amounts of carbon black N550 and paraffin oil on the compression set of ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)at room and high temperature were investigated by orthogonal test. The results showed that,the amount of paraffin oil had a significant effect on the compression set of EPDM at room temperature,and the DCP/HVA-2 blending ratio had highly significant effect on the compression set of EPDM at high temperature. However,the amount of carbon black N550 had less effect on the compression set of EPDM at room or high temperature.
