摘要
采用动态硫化法制备了乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),研究了橡塑比及热处理温度对压缩永久变形可逆回复的影响,探讨了可逆回复机制,并通过数据拟合,构建了可逆回复的物理模型。结果表明:随着橡塑比和热处理温度的提高,TPV的压缩永久变形的回复速度和回复程度均有一定程度的提高,且EMA/NBR质量比为30/70的样品在60℃时可完全回复;通过模型构建,研究橡塑比和热处理温度对回复的不同阶段的影响。
        Thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV)based on ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer(EMA)/nitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR)blends were prepared by dynamic vulcanization.investigating systematically how the reversible recovery of compression set was influences by weight ratio and temperature of heat-treatment,together with the mechanism of the reversible recovery of the TPV.Experimental results indicated that increasing the EMA content in TPV and increasing heat-treatment temperature could,to some degree,lead to the fast recovery of compression set and improve the degree of recovery;moreover,the TPV which weight ratio is 30/70 had best reversible deformation ability when the temperature of heat-treatment was 60℃.The model of the reversible recovery of the TPV were carried out and the influences of weight ratio and temperature of heat-treatment on the time of relaxation in each stage of the recovery course were discussed.
