摘要
选取了钛酸钾晶须(PTW)和碳纳米管(CNTs)两种一维填料分别与炭黑(N990)协同补强氟橡胶,同时探究了硅烷偶联剂KH550对填料并用体系性能的影响,并系统地研究协同补强机理。结果表明:无论是高温还是常温条件下,N990、PTW和CNTs均能提升氟橡胶(FKM)的力学性能,其中CNTs对FKM的力学性能提升更明显,而N990和PTW使FKM具有较好的压缩永久变形性能;KH550的加入有利于N990/PTW/FKM体系中填料的分散,使其力学性能大幅增加,表现出较强的协同效应,同时保持了较好的压缩永久变形性能;N990/CNTs/FKM同样表现出较强的协同效应,但其压缩永久变形性能下降。
        In this work,two kinds of one-dimensional fillers of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)and potassium titanate whiskers(PTW)were selected to react with N990,and the effect of KH550 on the properties of the fillers and the mechanism of synergistic reinforcement were investigated systematically.The results showed that N990,PTW and CNTs can improve the mechanical properties of fluororubber(FKM)at high temperature and room temperature,it was more obvious for CNTs to improve the mechanical properties of FKM,but N990 and PTW can lead FKM to have a good pressure deformation performance.The addition of KH550 favored the dispersion of the fillers in the N990/PTW/FKM composite,which resulted in a strong synergistic effect,while maintaining agood compression set.The N990/CNTs/FKM composite also showed a strong synergistic effect,but the compression performance decreased.
