“双创”背景下医学院校与社会组织产学研合作研究

摘要
产学研合作是推进国家驱动创新、提升区域综合竞争力的有效途径,有利于促进社会资源纵向流动,激发包括医学院校和社会组织在内的各社会主体活力。文章在探析医学院校和社会组织的功能特点与利益诉求的基础上,通过构建非单一起点和方向的、术业专攻的产学研合作体系,以期实现知识储备与研发、教研成果培育转化、创新创业产业链化的环环相扣。
The enterprise-university-research cooperation is an effective way to promote national innovationdriven development and enhance regional comprehensive competitiveness,which helps to promote the longitudinal flow of social resources,and to stimulate the vitality of all social subjects including medical university and social organization. On the basis of analyzing the functional characteristics and interest demands of medical university and social organization,this article proposes an enterprise-university-research cooperation system which is professional and has non-single starting point and direction,in order to realize the link between the knowledge reserve and R&D,the cultivation and transformation of teaching and research achievements,and the industrial chain of innovation and entrepreneurship.
