摘要
压缩量测控方法是W型封严环密封试验的难点和关键。本文介绍航空发动机用W型封严环工作原理以及试验方法,提出一种安全、高精度W型封严环压缩量测控方法。本方法采用高精度力传感器和位移传感器测量加载力和压缩量,计算整个轴向瞬态刚度系数,并对刚度系数进行微分,精准定位刚度系统变化拐点,从而确定压缩零点,实现对W型封严环压缩量精确测控。
        Measuring and controlling for compression is the key to test of w-type seal ring. This paper introduced the working principle and test method of seal ring for aircraft engine,and proposed a safe,high-precision measurement and control method for compression of w-type seal ring. The method used high-precision force sensor and displacement sensor to measure the loading force and compression,calculated the entire axial transient stiffness factor,and then got the differential and change inflection point of stiffness coefficient which is the compression zero of w-type seal ring actually. Finally, achieved the highprecision measuring and controlling for compression of w-type seal ring.
