摘要
页岩气开发技术发展迅速,页岩气压裂返排液重复利用回注,可以有效节约水资源,减少对环境危害,威远区块利用返排液加砂压裂,同时为了提高加砂强度,对压裂液提出了更高要求,通过室内研究,采用抗盐降阻剂+线性胶压裂液体系,满足返排液高矿化度同时提高液体粘度,可以降低连续或者长段塞加砂过程陶粒沉降速度,降低砂堵风险,应用表明:该体系能适应威远区块矿化度13 788 mg/L的返排液,现场加砂强度达到2~3 t/m,该体系已在威远区块推广应用。
        Shale gas development technology development is rapid, reuse of shale gas fracturing drainage can effectively save the water resources,reduce the harm to the environment.In Weiyuan blocks sand fracturing drainage, at the same time, in order to increase the adding amount of sand higher requirements for fracturing fluid is put forward, through indoor research, salt resistant drag reduction agent + linear gum fracturing fluid system is adopted to satisfy the high drainage salinity, at the same time, to improve the liquid viscosity, which can reduce the speed of ceramsite sedimentation in the process of continuous or long slug sand adding, so as to reduce the risk of sand plug. This application shows that: The system can adapt to the drainage of 13788 mg/L of mineralization in weiyuan block,and the intensity of sand adding in the field reaches 2-3 tons/m. The system has been popularized and applied in weiyuan block.
