媒体多任务与认知失败:注意控制的调节作用

摘要
媒体多任务已经成为大学生的生活常态,但同时往往会伴随着一些问题,如认知失败现象,这影响着信息处理的效率与准确性,有必要深入分析其成因。采用媒体多任务指数问卷、认知失败问卷、注意控制量表对大学生进行测量。样本媒体多任务平均分为1.99,说明一般能同时进行近两个活动。性别、年级、科目在大学生的媒体多任务、认知失败以及注意控制力中均不存在显著差异。认知失败与注意控制力之间存在显著的负相关关系,即注意控制力越低,认知失败现象越容易发生,这说明注意控制力对认知失败起调节作用。
        Purpose: For college students,the media multitasking has become their normal life. However,the phenomenon of cognitive failure is often accompanied by a number of tasks,such as cognitive failure. This affects the efficiency and accuracy of information processing,it is necessary to analyze its causes. Method : We focus on the multi task and cognitive failure of the media to verify the moderating effect of attention control. The college students were measured by the multi task index questionnaire,cognitive failure questionnaire and attention control scale.Result: The average number of media multitasking is 1. 99,which means that the subjects can carry out nearly two activities at the same time. The results of the difference test showed that there were no significant differences in gender,grade and subject in the college students' multi task,cognitive failure and attention control. Conclusion:There was a significant negative correlation between cognitive failure and attention control,that is,the lower the attention control force,the more likely the cognitive failure occurred.
