碳氮比对法国梧桐落叶、香樟青叶与猪粪混合厌氧发酵特性的影响

摘要
研究了碳氮比(C/N)对法国梧桐落叶与香樟青叶在中温(37℃)条件下与猪粪的混合厌氧发酵特性的影响。分析了法国梧桐落叶与猪粪、香樟青叶与猪粪、法国梧桐落叶及香樟青叶与猪粪混合厌氧发酵在C/N分别为15/1、20/1、25/1、30/1,发酵料液总体积为500 mL,发酵周期为50 d条件下的产气量、甲烷含量及发酵过程中pH值的变化规律。研究结果表明,法国梧桐落叶与猪粪混合厌氧发酵C/N为15/1,总固体(TS)含量为7%时,产甲烷量最高;香樟青叶与猪粪混合厌氧发酵C/N为25/1,TS含量为5%时,产甲烷量最高;法国梧桐落叶与香樟青叶与猪粪混合厌氧发酵C/N为20/1,TS含量为9%时,产甲烷量最高。C/N为15/1和20/1时,法国梧桐落叶与猪粪混合厌氧发酵产气量及甲烷含量最高,法国梧桐落叶与香樟青叶与猪粪混合次之,香樟青叶与猪粪最低。
        The effects of carbon/nitrogen ratio(C/N) on the characteristics of mixed anaerobic fermentation of fallen leaves of French paulownia and green leaves of camphor with pig manure anaerobic were studied under the condition of medium temperature(37 ℃). The biogas production, methane production and pH change of different C/N(15∶1,20∶1,25∶1, 30∶1) anaerobic co-digestions of three combinations were analyzed: fallen leaves of French paulownia with pig manure, green leaves of camphor with pig manure, and mixure of fallen leaves of French paulownia and green leaves of camphor with pig manure, under the conditions of C/N ratio of 15/1, 20/1, 25/1, and 30/1, respectively,, the total volume fermentation liquid of 500 mL, and the fermentation cycle of 50 days. The results showed that the maximum amount of methane was produced under the following conditions for each combination: C/N ratio of 15/1 and total solid(TS) content of 7% for fallen leaves of French paulownia with pig manure; C/N ratio of 25/1 and TS of 5% for green leaves of camphor with pig manure; C/N ratio of 20/1 and TS of 9% for mixure of fallen leaves of French paulownia and green leaves of camphor with pig manure, respectively. When the C/N ratio was 15/1 and 20/1, respectively, biogas production of co-digestion of fallen leaves of French paulownia with pig manure was the highest, followed by co-digestion of mixure of fallen leaves of French paulownia and green leaves of camphor with pig manure, and co-digestion of green leaves of camphor with pig manure produced the smallest amount of biogas under this condition.
