摘要
缺陷的位置与缺陷的类型相关,缺陷的类型与产品的质量相关.超声检测仪器的定位系统是基于检测工件是平面工件设计的.在对壳体纵缝做周向超声检测发现缺陷时,检测仪器无法显示缺陷的准确位置信息.针对仪器的这一不足,提出基于MATLAB和基于EXCEL的缺陷定位方法对超声检测仪器的位置参数进行修正.检测过程中发现缺陷后只需修改程序中的工件内径、厚度、探头的斜率和缺陷的显示深度四个参数,即可快速、准确的计算出缺陷的位置信息,提高了工作效率.
The quality of product is related to the type of defect which is related to its position.The positioning system of ultrasonic testing instrument is based on the tested artifact that is plane workpiece.The instrument can't display the accurate position information of the defect when circumferential ultrasonic testing is made on the shell longitudinal welding.Aiming at the deficiency of the instrument,the defect location correction method based on MATLAB and EXCEL were put forward to correct the position information of ultrasonic testing instrument.In the process of detection,we only need to modify the inside diameter,thickness,the slope of the probe and the display depth of the defects,so we can quickly and accurately calculate the position information of defects.
