豨莶草治疗MRL/lpr小鼠狼疮性肾炎疗效初观察

摘要
目的观察豨莶草对MRL/lpr小鼠狼疮性肾炎的改善情况。方法通过观察小鼠的一般状况以及检测尿蛋白含量、血清中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平和肾组织病理的改变来评价豨莶草对狼疮性肾炎疗效。结果与对照组相比,豨莶草可以改善小鼠的一般状况,提高小鼠的体质量,显著降低尿蛋白含量、减少血清中炎性细胞因子IL-6、TNF-α的水平,肾脏脏组织病理损害明显减轻;各组生存分析结果显示无统计学差异(P> 0.05)。结论豨莶草可在一定程度上起到缓解狼疮性肾炎的作用,且豨莶草副作用相较于强的松更低,可为狼疮性肾炎的治疗提供新的可能。
        Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Siegesbeckiae Herba on lupus nephritis(LN) in MRL/lpr mice. Methods Mice are weighed and the urinary protein content is detected by using bicinchoninic acid(BCA), the serum level of inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α are measured and the pathological changes of the kidneys are examined microscopically. Results Compared with the control group, Siegesbeckiae Herba can improve the appearance and the body weight of MPL/lpr mice. The urinary protein content in the Siegesbeckiae Herba group is significantly lower than that in the control group, it can also decreased the level of inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and TNF-α. And the pathological damage of mice kidneys are obviously alleviated. The survival curve show no statistical difference. Conclusion Siegesbeckiae Herba plays a key role in therapeutic effect on lupus nephritis. Also, the side effects of the Siegesbeckiae Herba is lower than that of prednisone group, which could be a new possible option for the treatment of lupus nephritis.
