甲状旁腺原位保护在甲状腺全切除术中应用的意义分析

摘要
目的研究分析甲状旁腺原位保护应用于甲状腺全切除术中的临床效果。方法选取收治的行甲状腺全切除术的患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组给予传统手术方案,观察组给予甲状旁腺原位保护技术。对比两组手术前后PTH、血钙水平和术后并发症情况。结果对照组、观察组术后PTH、血钙水平均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后PTH、血钙水平降低幅度小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状旁腺原位保护应用于甲状腺全切除术中,可有效减轻对甲状旁腺功能的损伤,增强对甲状旁腺认知,保护动静脉血供,减少并发症,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of the application of parathyroid in situ protection in total thyroidectomy. Methods 60 cases of total thyroidectomy were randomly divided into two groups, each of 30 cases. The control group was given the traditional operation, the observation group was given the parathyroid in situ protection technology. Comparing the two groups before and after surgery, PTH, serum calcium levels and complications. Results In the control group, the observation group after PTH and calcium water is lower than the average preoperative, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); PTH, the blood calcium level of the patients in the observation group decreased than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Parathyroid in situ protection applied to the total thyroidectomy, can effectively reduce the damage of parathyroid function, enhancement of parathyroid cognition, protect arteriovenous blood supply, reduce complications, and is worthy of promotion.
