乳酸菌阴道胶囊与宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈糜烂并宫颈炎的效果观察

摘要
目的:观察乳酸菌阴道胶囊与宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈糜烂并宫颈炎的效果。方法:将笔者所在医院确诊的90例宫颈糜烂并宫颈炎患者随机分为两组,每组45例,对照组应用常规宫颈环形电切术治疗,观察组应用宫颈环形电切术联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组治疗后阴道流血量、阴道流血持续时间及创面愈合时间均优于对照组,中度、重度宫颈糜烂治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳酸菌阴道胶囊与宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈糜烂并宫颈炎患者,可促创面早日愈合,减少阴道出血量。
Objective:To observe the effect of Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules and cervical annulus electrotomy on cervical erosion and cervical inflammation.Method:A total of 90 cervical erosion and cervicitis diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group,the control group was treated with routine cervical annulus electrotomy,the observation group was treated with cervical annulus electrotomy combined with Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules,and the efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the vaginal bleeding volume,vaginal bleeding duration and wound healing time in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the total effective rates of moderate and severe cervical erosion treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules and cervical annulus electrotomy for the treatment of patients with cervical erosion and cervicitis can promote wound healing and reduce vaginal bleeding.
