中药泡足联合足部按摩对糖尿病足患者症状及生活质量的影响分析

摘要
目的探讨对糖尿病足患者实施中药泡足联合足部按摩对患者症状及生活质量的影响。方法对内科糖尿病足60例患者(2017年1月—2018年7月间)实施研究,按随机数表法分组:常规组(n=30)和联合组(n=30),常规组运用常规西药治疗,对联合组运用中药泡足联合足部按摩干预,分析患者的疗效。结果联合组治疗总有效率96.7%明显高于常规组76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后临床症状积分显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后生活质量显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病足患者实施中药泡足联合足部按摩可提升疗效,改善患者症状及生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine foot massage combined with foot massage on symptoms and quality of life in patients with diabetic foot. Methods Sixty patients with internal medicine diabetic foot(from January 2017 to July 2018) were enrolled and grouped by random number table: regular group(n=30) and combined group(n=30). Conventional western medicine treatment, the combined group of traditional Chinese medicine foam foot combined with foot massage intervention, analysis of patient efficacy. Results The total effective rate of the combination group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(76.7%)(P<0.05). The clinical symptom scores of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05). The quality of life of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with foot massage for diabetic foot patients can improve the curative effect and improve the patient's symptoms and quality of life.
