人文关怀护理用于门诊换药的临床效果分析

摘要
目的:分析门诊换药过程中实施人文关怀护理的临床效果。方法:选取2017年9月至2018年9月在本院门诊换药的118例患者的临床资料作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各59例,对照组行常规换药护理,研究组在此基础上给予人文关怀护理,比较两组换药满意度及心理状态情况。结果:护理后研究组换药满意度96.61%比对照组的69.49%高。比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组SDS、SAS评分比护理前明显降低,且研究组较对照组改善效果更明显,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:门诊换药过程中人文关怀护理的实施可改善患者心理状态,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of implementing human care care in the process of dressing change in outpatients. Methods: A total of 118 patients who underwent dressing change in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were clinical data. They were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 59 cases in each group. The control group received routine dressing care. On the basis of the study group, the human care care was given, and the satisfaction and psychological status of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the dressing satisfaction of the study group was 96.6%, higher than that of the control group(69.5%). The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment, and the improvement effect of the study group was more significant than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of humane care in the process of dressing change in the outpatient service can improve the patient's psychological state and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
