综放工作面顶板及上覆煤柱水力预裂卸压技术研究

摘要
针对白洞煤业煤体及顶板强度高,工作面顶板不易垮落,上覆煤柱出现应力集中,导致下部煤层开采时,产生回采巷道变形、工作面片帮、顶板破碎及冒顶等问题,采用水力预裂的方法,对工作面顶板及上覆煤柱进行预裂,防止工作面初采和回采过程中顶板大面积悬顶,并切断煤柱应力传递通道,缓减上覆煤柱应力集中,保证工作面安全回采。
        Aiming at the problems such as deformation of mining roadway, face side wall, roof breakage and roof caving in the mining of lower coal seam which caused by high strength of coal body and roof, not easily collapse roof of the working face, and stress concentration of overlying pillars in Baidong Coal Industry, hydraulic presplitting method is adopted to ensure the safe mining of the working face, which can presplit the roof and the overlying pillars of the working face, prevent the roof from hanging over a large area during the initial mining and mining process, cut off the stress transmission channel of the pillars, and alleviate the stress concentration of the overburden pillars.
