摘要
制环氧丙烷反应中,本文采用过氧化氢异丙苯为氧化剂氧化丙烯。本文重点研究了原料过氧化氢异丙苯溶液中小分子的有机酸、苯酚、丙酮以及水等极性物质对催化剂的性能会产生不利影响,这些组分影响了催化剂的稳定性,对催化剂的活性和产物选择性也非常不利。当采用适当方法对过氧化氢异丙苯溶液进行处理,脱除其中的有机酸、苯酚和水等杂质后,催化剂的催化性能得到显著改善。
The effects of feedstock impurities on performance of catalyst were detailedly studied. The results showed that polar impurities existed in cumene hydroperoxide such as organic acids,phenol,acetone,water,etc,brought bad effects on the performance of catalyst,they not only decreased the stability of the catalyst,but also decreased activity and selectivity to propylene oxide of the catalyst. The performance of the catalyst was obviously improved after the polar impurities( e. g. organic acids,phenol,acetone and water) were removed by proper treating processes.
